Initiated by the health programme, the project’s target was the Youth Alive! Kenya staff and members of our youth groups network. The project aimed to contribute to a reduction in individual and organizational vulnerability to HIV infection, and reduce individual and organizational susceptibility to HIV/AIDS. The project’s activities included workplace peer education and the development of a HIV/AIDS Workplace policy. The project is being implemented with support from and in partnership with VSO Jitolee. One of the project’s outputs is the drafting of the Youth Alive! Kenya HIV/AIDS WorkPlace Policy.
