The Youth & Beyond Youth (YBY) project aims to build strong organizational structure as a result of enhanced management capacities and strengthened capacity/diversity/inclusiveness in youth organizations in Kenya. This is due to the diverse challenges related to organizational structures, capacities, and the continuous exclusion of young people in decision-making processes. The project does this by strengthening organizational structures, enhancing management capacities, fostering inclusiveness, and promoting democratic engagement among youth in Kenya. It covers Youth Alive! Kenya’ s working groups across the 14 counties in the country.
